Prices for 2018/19

£120 per person for 3 days (2 nights)

Includes food for the first evening meal on the day of arrival and a packed lunch before leaving.

A tailor-made activity course with 12 hours of activity time.

Sole occupancy of the accommodation block.

£240 per person for 5 days (4 nights)

£60 per person for 2 days, (1 night)

£17 per person 3 hour Activity session (minimum booking of 12 people)

Includes all the equipment and instruction for a selection of exciting outdoor activities. You can choose from any of the activities currently offered.

Sessions last from 1 hour 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the activity.

Catering

All of our meals are home cooked and sourced from local suppliers where possible. We can cater for all dietary needs and fussy eaters.  Please speak to our management team about your requirements when you book so that we can ensure that your group has the best experience during their stay with us.

Bedrooms and living area

The bedrooms can accommodate 64 students and 6 staff. All students are accommodated in 8 rooms of 4 bunk beds with communal wash and shower areas. Staff rooms where possible have their own shower and toilet facilities. Each staff room is either twin or single occupancy.

Bedding is not provided for students. They must bring either a sleeping bag and pillowcase or bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase.

All our accommodation will be sole occupancy so you will not share facilities with any other residential group other than on changeover day.

Bedding will be provided for visiting staff.

 

Overnight cover

A member of the centre team will be on call throughout the night to help with any issues and problems that may arise. All our centre staff are first aid trained and are there to help with all eventualities. For peace of mind with the site being a rural location, we have installed a 24 hour CCTV system and outside lighting to provide a safe and secure environment during your stay with us.

 

Accommodation hire

Self-catered £20 per person per night – (minimum booking 20 people)

Includes the accommodation and building hire from 4pm – 10:30am.

All groups will have sole use of the building during their stay.  Bedding is not included.

If the group would like to partake in activities using the centre equipment this will be charged at the sessional rate.

No onsite overnight cover will be given.

All private hire groups will be asked for a £500 additional security deposit at point of booking. This will be either returned or taken from the final bill following an inspection of the facility once you have left.

 

Catered accommodation £28 per person per night – (minimum booking 30 people)

Includes the accommodation and building hire from 4pm – 10:30am, evening meal and breakfast.

All groups will have sole use of the building during their stay. Bedding is not included.

If the group would like to partake in activities using the centre equipment this will be charged at the session rates.

No onsite overnight cover will be given.

All private hire groups will be asked for a £500 additional security deposit at the point of booking this will be either returned or taken from the final bill following an inspection of the facility once you have left.

Camping

 Self-catered camping £7.50 per person, per night – discounts available for large group bookings

The campsite can accommodate up to 20 tents with a small camp kitchen. The indoor dining area can hold 15 people at a time. Currently, there are only basic wash facilities and toilets with no showers. The campsite is situated to the rear of the site so there is no vehicle access. Parking is available in the main car park at the front of the property.
